Vacancies: 1 Oversee and manage daily operations of the Pane Fresco Pizza & Bread Department. Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service. Order and manage inventory for the Pane Fresco pizza and fresh bread sections, ensuring adequate stock levels and compliance with food safety and health codes. Coordinate production planning based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonal demand. Ensure fresh, consistent, and quality products according to company standards and recipes. Maintain displays, pricing, signage, and proper stock rotation. Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Monitor sales performance, labour costs, waste reduction, and profitability targets. Uphold food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company standards.
