Job Title:Photo/Video Coordinator
Position End date: One-year term, with a possibility of extension.
Job Summary:
This position is classified as anIndependent Contractor. The Photo/Video Coordinator is not an institution employee and will operate independently while meeting agreed-upon performance standards and KPIs. The contractor is responsible for their own taxes, benefits, equipment, and work arrangements, and will not be entitled to employee benefits. The role collaborates closely with the Sales, Marketing, Admissions and PR but does not hold decision-making authority within the organization.

Organizational Status:
We are currently looking forward to welcoming a Photo/Video Coordinator. Youll be part of a team of experienced and passionate students who thrive in Canada. We are looking for an ambitious, ethical, and result-oriented professional with proven sales performance to join our team and support our enrollment growth initiatives in Student Advising and Recruitment. The Student Advisor & Influencer will be responsible for meeting specific KPIs to exceed the school's monthly enrollment targets. Your primary responsibilities include prospect engagement and partnership recruitment.
You will contribute directly to the college's revenue growth by selling diverse educational program offerings to prospective students. The position works closely with campus financial staff.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and execute photo and video projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photos and videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography and videography.
Manage and maintain photography and video equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.
Assist in planning and coordinating photo and video shoots, including location scouting and talent coordination.
Organize and archive digital assets for easy retrieval and future use.
Be willing to learn and step out of as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Minimum2 years of experiencein the related field (or relevant education).
Strong background in photography, marketing, and client engagement.
Excellent networking skills with established business or agent connections.
Experience working with agents and clients.
Ability to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
Excellent organizational, communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Multilingual communication skills are an advantage.
Dependable, flexible, and able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines consistently.
