Job DescriptionJob Description Job Summary Graceland Pharmacy is looking for an experienced Pharmacist for our new community pharmacy in Mission BC. Education and experience Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or PharmD. Must hold and maintain registration as a Part A Pharmacist in good standing with the BC College of Pharmacists. At least 6 months of experience in a pharmacy practice Responsibilities and Duties 1. Provide consultation including minor ailment assessments and answer medication-related questions through various mediums efficiently and courteously 2. Perform clinical verifications for prescriptions on time to ensure efficient operations 3. Conduct technical checks on medication orders in an efficient manner 4. Provide coaching and guidance to pharmacy team members to improve the pharmacy processes 5. Provide guidance to pharmacy students through shadowing opportunities, direct coaching, and timely, constructive feedback to support their learning and professional growth. 6. Partner with pharmacy manager and operations management to review processes regularly to ensure optimal efficiency, effectiveness and embrace continuous improvement 7. Review escalated issues for resolution. Interface with patients and team members as needed to be resolved. 8. Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and Provincial laws, rules and regulations 9.
