Title: Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Retirement Home Location: Kincardine, ON Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hour Job Type: Part-Time / Casual / On-Call Work Location: On-site About the Role HealthOPM is recruiting Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide resident care and support at a retirement home in the Kincardine area. We are looking for dependable PSWs who are comfortable providing hands-on personal care and have the flexibility to accept casual, weekend and short notice shifts as needed . Shift Availability Candidates should have flexible availability. Typical shifts may include: Days: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM Evenings: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM Nights: 10:30 PM–6:30 AM Weekend, on-call and short-notice availability is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting Support mobility, transfers and activities of daily living Assist with meals, hydration and resident comfort Observe and report changes or concerns regarding residents Follow care plans, infection prevention and safety procedures Work collaboratively with nursing and retirement home staff Requirements Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate Current Vulnerable Sector Check Current TB screening/clearance Previous retirement home, LTC or senior-care experience preferred Reliable transportation to Kincardine Flexible and dependable availability Apply today to be considered for current and upcoming PSW shifts in Kincardine
