We’re working with a respected brokerage in Markham looking to add a Personal Lines CSR with strong underwriting experience to their team. What You’ll Be Doing: • Review and assess applications before submission – accuracy and underwriting insight are key. • Service existing personal lines clients – policy changes, renewals, general inquiries. • Work directly in PowerBroker and carrier portals to manage and process files. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and great client outcomes. What We’re Looking For: • RIBO license is required. • 3+ years in a personal lines role, preferably in a brokerage setting. • Familiarity with the major personal lines markets (Intact, Aviva, Economical, etc.) and how their portals work. • Comfort with PowerBroker Why This Role Stands Out: The team has a reputation for low turnover and real growth.
