Identify new business opportunities and drive growth. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning. Improve client satisfaction and retention through tailored solutions. Monitor and analyze sales pipelines to forecast success. Collaborate with team members while maintaining accountability for results. Utilize CRM tools to manage client data and provide regular updates. Participate in training to continuously build skills and industry knowledge. Experience/Qualifications RIBO license required 3 years of experience in the insurance industry Compu quote ( Applied Rating Services); Epic experience an asset Strong customer service background with conflict resolution skills Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage complex client needs Experience in account management or sales within a target-driven environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet goals Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting What’s in it for you?
