Accountabilities: As a Performance Strategist, you will lead strategic initiatives that improve performance marketing outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and elevate team capabilities. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business results. Develop and execute demand generation strategies across full-funnel performance marketing programs, aligning campaigns with client growth objectives. Lead research, media planning, strategic roadmaps, and optimization initiatives across complex marketing accounts. Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic platforms, and other digital channels. Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations based on data and business objectives. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through strategic discussions, performance reviews, and ongoing communication. Mentor and support team members by providing coaching, feedback, training, and guidance to improve marketing expertise. Establish best practices, processes, and operational improvements that enhance project delivery and team performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, resource allocation, and overall marketing effectiveness. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced performance marketing professional with strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to manage complex campaigns and client relationships. Proven experience planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns with significant monthly media budgets. Strong background in demand generation, paid media strategy, and full-funnel marketing approaches. Experience managing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display, Programmatic, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar channels. Advanced analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms. Experience forecasting, pacing, reporting, and connecting marketing performance metrics to broader business goals. Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships, lead strategic conversations, and communicate complex marketing concepts clearly. Experience mentoring junior team members, providing strategic direction, and helping others grow professionally. Strong understanding of marketing measurement concepts, including attribution, incrementality, KPI selection, and business economics. Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment with strong collaboration, ownership, and communication skills.
