6-month contract Workday Reporting Analyst role with an industry leader located in North Vancouver. Contract Workday Reporting Analyst role Newly created role to lead strategic planning for P&C Ability to be fully remote across Canada What & Why: Our client is looking to add a data and reporting specialist within People Operations. In this role you'd build and maintain Workday-native reports, dashboards, worklets, and scheduled alerts, while also making sure the underlying People data is accurate and trustworthy. That means profiling and reconciling data across Workday and downstream systems, troubleshooting quality issues to their root cause, and assessing how configuration or process changes ripple into reporting. You'd also help document business rules and build out a People data glossary and catalogue, working closely with People Systems, People Analytics, and data stewards. You ideally have strong skills with Workday reporting and dashboarding, HCM systems and operational reporting, and experience in the People & Culture domain. Bonus points if you have experience with BI tools such as Power BI, SQL, and strong collaboration and communication skills. They are a local Vancouver organization that has expanded globally and is looking to continue their growth. They have an office in North Vancouver, and if located in Vancouver you’d be able to head into their office once in a while for ad-hoc meetings, however this role would be fully remote for those folks outside of the Vancouver area. You: You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role: 3+ years in HR systems, people data, or HR operations, ideally in an HRIS, reporting, or data governance role. 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience, working with worker, position, organization, job profile, compensation, or absence data and business processes. Experience building Workday reports, including custom reports, dashboards, worklets, calculated fields, and scheduled delivery. Experience with data validation and troubleshooting, such as reconciling reports against source data, root-cause analysis, and maintaining documentation like data dictionaries and issue logs. Compensation: This role pays between $60-80 per hour.
