We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President (SVP), Workflow Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of sophisticated, AI‑enhanced workflow solutions. This is a senior leadership role that requires a unique blend of strategic architectural vision and deep, hands‑on technical expertise. Key Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: Design and own the end‑to‑end architecture for enterprise‑wide workflow solutions, focusing on scalability, performance, and reusability. Hands‑On Development: Act as the lead technical authority, engaging in hands‑on prototyping, proof‑of‑concepts, and complex development work within Pega and Fenergo CLM platforms. AI Integration: Pioneer the integration of AI development assistants (Devin, Copilot, etc.) into our software development lifecycle (SDLC) to enhance developer productivity, improve code quality, and foster innovation. Technical Strategy: Define and maintain architectural standards, best practices, and design patterns for workflow automation and CLM. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to translate complex business requirements into robust and efficient technical solutions. Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation. Governance and Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to the firm's stringent security, data privacy, and regulatory standards. Problem Solving: Tackle the most challenging technical issues, providing expert guidance on system design, performance tuning, and integration complexities. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, design, and development, with a significant portion in the financial services industry. 8+ years proven experience at a senior level (VP, Director, or equivalent) leading large‑scale technology initiatives. 5+ years experience and expert‑level, hands‑on proficiency with the Pega Platform, including deep experience with Case Management, Decisioning, and system administration. Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is highly preferred. Extensive hands‑on experience with Fenergo CLM, including solution design, configuration, and integration for complex financial institutions. Demonstrable, practical experience using and integrating AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin, Tabnine) into development workflows to drive efficiency and innovation. Mastery of Business Process Management (BPM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Case Management principles. In‑depth understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC, AML, and other regulatory processes in banking. Strong background in object‑oriented programming (Java preferred). Expertise in integration technologies, including REST APIs, SOAP, and messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, JMS). Solid understanding of database design and technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle). Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a significant plus. Leadership & Soft Skills Strategic thinker with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. A passion for innovation and a forward‑thinking mindset, constantly exploring emerging technologies. Results‑oriented with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Education Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related technical field or equivalent work experience.
