Job Title: Pega Operations and Production Support Lead Location: Hybrid (Mostly Remote – 1 day/week onsite) Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 5 years leading Pega Operations & Support) Role Summary Seeking a senior Pega Operations & Support Lead to manage Pega application and infrastructure support across production and non-production environments. The role requires strong expertise in Pega Architecture, Design, Implementation, and Operational Support , along with experience driving automation and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead Pega application and infrastructure support teams (onshore/offshore). Ensure platform stability, performance, and rapid issue resolution. Drive incident reduction and continuous service improvement. Implement automation and AI-driven operational enhancements. Establish support standards, best practices, and governance. Manage vendor relationships and support engagements. Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity. Required Skills 10+ years of IT experience. 5+ years leading Pega Operations & Support teams (mandatory). Strong experience in Pega Architecture, Design, Implementation, and Production Support. Experience managing both application and infrastructure support. Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
