If you want to grow with our organization and have an award-winning attitude, we would like to hear from you. A Parts Specialist oversees the parts sales process in its entirety. From customer inquiry to finding the part and invoicing the customer. They are an integral part of our Parts team providing expectational customer service and building customer rapport. Job Duties: • Research and source parts for customers or technicians. • Issue Price Quotes. • Sell Parts to customers or service work orders. • Complete special-order parts requests that need to be ordered for the customer. • Communicate with the customer on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership. • Pick-up parts for customers or technicians as required. • Look after warranty parts and put into appropriate bins. • Restock shelves and displays. • Keep displays clean and up to date. • Keep work area clean. • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures. • Other duties as required.
