We are looking to hire a dependable, proactive, and reliable individual to join our team as a Parts Runner & Shop Assistant in our Cambridge Shop. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver parts for the Cambridge shop and field mechanics in the GTA and Cambridge area in a timely and efficient manner.
Return unused parts promptly and accurately.
Ensure accurate and timely flow of paperwork, including Bills of Lading and Packing Slips
Deliver small equipment & materials to projects to support construction activities
Pick up small equipment items for repairs from jobsites and tag with failure information.
Shuttle vehicles between projects, offices & shop
Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed in the shop and yard.
Help maintain a clean yard and shop work environment to maintain a safe and organized environment.
Some light lifting may be required.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid Class G driver’s license with a clean driver abstract.
Current Fork license would be considered a benefit.
Knowledge of safe operation of tools, and workplace safety
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
