Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Parts Lead FFUN Motorsports Winnipeg East Permanent Full-Time At FFUN Motorsports Winnipeg East, our Parts Department is an important part of creating a smooth and positive experience for our guests and internal teams. Were looking for a Parts Lead who can support the daily flow of the department, guide the team, and help ensure the right parts and accessories are available when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong parts experience who is organized, reliable, and ready to take the next step into a leadership role. What Youll Be Doing: Lead the day-to-day workflow of the Parts Department Support and guide Parts team members with priorities, processes, and follow-up Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts and accessory needs Source, order, receive, return, and process parts accurately Monitor special orders, backorders, pricing, and timelines Support inventory accuracy, organization, and proper billing on repair orders Identify process gaps and help improve department efficiency Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts area What Were Looking For: Previous dealership, motorsports, powersports, marine, or automotive parts experience Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, marine, or related products is an asset Parts Technician Certificate is considered an asset Experience supporting or guiding others is considered an asset Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure Strong computer skills; PBS experience is an asset Team-first, customer-focused attitude Valid Class 5 Drivers License upon employment Why FFUN: Competitive wage Group Retirement Savings Plan -Employer-Employee matched contributions because we care about your future financial security Employee Discounts Get excited with exclusive discounts, not just on vehicles, but also on service, repairs and parts.
