What You’ll Do As a Parts Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of parts ordering and inventory in a busy collision repair facility: Order, receive, and invoice parts and materials using industry‑specific software Follow up on vendor orders and ensure timely delivery Maintain and organize the parts area for efficiency and accuracy Update Estimators and Technicians on parts status and availability Adjust estimates to reflect price changes and additional required parts Support the shop with clear, efficient communication and problem‑solving Source and track components for EVs, hybrids, ADAS systems, sensors, and advanced materials, ensuring OEM‑compliant replacements Help manage sustainability‑aligned materials (recyclables, cores, packaging reduction efforts, etc.) Support documentation related to EV readiness, calibration parts, and modern repair processes This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with systems, and supporting a high‑performance team behind the scenes.
