What You’ll Do
As a Parts Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of parts ordering and inventory in a busy collision repair facility:
Order, receive, and invoice parts and materials using industry specific software
Follow up on vendor orders and ensure timely delivery
Maintain and organize the parts area for efficiency and accuracy
Update Estimators and Technicians on parts status and availability
Support the shop with clear, efficient communication and problem solving
Help manage sustainability aligned materials (recyclables, cores, packaging reduction efforts, etc.)
Support documentation related to EV readiness, calibration parts, and modern repair processes
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with systems, and supporting a high performance team behind the scenes.
What You Bring
Automotive knowledge or prior collision/repair industry experience
Parts experience in a shop, dealership, or related environment
Ability to manage multiple ordering systems, vendor portals, and workflows
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
A willingness to keep learning and growing your technical knowledge
Professional references demonstrating reliability and strong work habits
