Parts Coordinator at Bruno's Contracting Limited — NeverHard

Bruno's Contracting (Thunder Bay) Limited is a heavy civil construction group with over fifty years' experience in heavy civil construction, road building, asphalt paving, materials production and demolition. We are currently welcoming applications for a full-time Parts Coordinator capable of fulfilling the following requirements: JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES: Source, order, and procure parts for a fleet of heavy trucks, construction equipment, and shop machinery. Communicate with suppliers, dealerships, service providers, and internal personnel to ensure timely delivery of parts and services. Maintain inventory levels of commonly used parts, consumables, fluids, and shop supplies. Pick up and deliver parts, equipment, tools, and supplies as required. Assist mechanics and shop personnel by locating and providing required parts and materials. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and inventory shipments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts room, yard, and shop environment. Support shop operations with miscellaneous duties, including equipment preparation, yard organization, and general administrative tasks. Other duties as required. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Previous shop and parts experience is a strong asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Valid Class G Driver's License. Positive work attitude with an overall eagerness to learn. Must demonstrate effective organizational and time management capabilities.
