Marino’s Automotive Group is looking for a Parts Consultant. As a Parts Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department. You will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and ordering the right automotive parts and accessories for their vehicles. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs. If you are a fast learner, a detail oriented team player, and have the ability to stay organized in a high stress environment, then this is the role for you! Key responsibilities: Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality service Answer telephone calls, provide price quotes any other information needed Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts Constant and consistent follow up on current orders and back orders Keeping paperwork accurately maintained Receive payments from retail customers Handle customer concerns immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.
