What You'll Do Order and track parts for customers with ongoing vehicle repairs and maintenance needs Work closely with technicians and the service team to ensure repairs stay on schedule Accurately process parts orders and maintain detailed records Assist retail and wholesale customers with their parts inquiries Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone What We're Looking For Previous automotive parts experience is required Strong knowledge of automotive components and repair processes Exceptional customer service and communication skills Experience using Microsoft Office and dealership systems is considered an asset Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and willingness to learn A passion for the automotive industry, bonus points if you're a Volkswagen enthusiast Why You’ll Love Working with Steele Auto Group: At Steele Auto Group , you’re not just joining a company, you’re joining a community where you’ll be empowered to exceed expectations and develop your full potential.
