Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet all guests, ensuring an inviting and positive first impression. Efficiently manage guest flow, especially during high-volume periods, to maintain a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Process payments accurately and professionally using various methods (cash, credit, debit), ensuring a seamless checkout process. Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction, proactively addressing needs and fostering a welcoming environment. Collaborate effectively with the breakfast team to maintain operational excellence and guest contentment. Support overall restaurant operations as directed by the Supervisor/Manager, contributing to team success. Requirements & Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to exercise excellent public and customer relations skills. Capable of working effectively in a dynamic, high-volume environment while maintaining composure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. A collaborative spirit, thriving as an integral part of a team. Previous experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
