We’re looking for a
patient, positive, and encouraging mentor
to help young adults ages
18–26
build confidence, independence, and real-world job skills.
You’ll work
one-on-one
in schools and community workplaces—teaching skills, celebrating progress, solving challenges, and helping turn
“I can’t” into “I did it.”

Monday–Thursday | 7:45 AM–2:00 PM
No evenings or weekends

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive
mentoring and coaching
skills
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation between community worksites
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Physical Requirements
Ability to:
Stand and walk for extended periods
Bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout worksites
Lift up to 10 pounds
Work in both
school and community-based environments
