Process Checkers( Line Food Quality Assurance)
Forklift Drivers
Machine Operators
Extra Gang( cover spots in different areas within a department)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment, forklifts, or other specialized equipment safely and efficiently while following established work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and product quality to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
Perform quality inspections, verify product specifications, complete required documentation, and report quality concerns or production issues to supervision.
Safely move, stage, and transport materials, ingredients, finished products, and packaging throughout the facility as assigned.
Perform equipment setup, adjustments, product changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to support efficient production operations.
Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation programs, including GMPs, HACCP, and company policies.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), powered industrial equipment, and safe work practices.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency.
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Food Safety & Quality teams to meet production goals and perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to work in refrigerated production areas and around food products
Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
One year of consistent production experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment
Preferred Requirements:
Machine operating experience
Forklift experience
Food quality assurance experience
Ability to effectively communication in English, reading, writing, speaking
