Duties and Responsibilities: Prep trailers for paint shop Blast trailers and trailer parts as required Support the smooth running of the paint shop Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager Adhere to H&S rules Qualifications/Skills Required: High School education required - post secondary preferred Commercial Body Shop experience required Previous experience painting and prepping Must be mechanically inclined Attention to detail and quality Willing to work overtime as required Possess a valid drivers license. Ability to work independently in a busy environment. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Able to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail. Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times. Work Conditions Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs. Upon successful completion of a 6-month probationary period the candidate will be eligible to take part in our benefits package, including health, dental, life insurance, Group RRSP and safety boot and clothing allowance.
