Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title: General Production Worker – Packer Job Description This role works in the packaging department, focusing on the accurate packing, labeling, and quality inspection of granola bars. You will perform repetitive production tasks while standing for the entire shift and may rotate between quality, packaging, and labeling stations. The position requires strong attention to detail to ensure all products are packaged correctly and the ability to work in two adjacent buildings, which may involve going outside mid-shift. Responsibilities Package granola bars according to established procedures and quality standards. Work at various stations on the production floor, including quality inspection, packaging, and labeling. Maintain high attention to detail to ensure products are accurately labeled and packaged. Perform repetitive production tasks while standing for the full duration of the shift. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and facility guidelines. Essential Skills Ability to lift up to 30 lbs safely and repeatedly. Ability to stand for the entire shift while performing repetitive tasks. English reading and writing skills for communication and following written instructions. Experience working in a repetitive manufacturing or production environment. Strong attention to detail for accurate packaging and labeling Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Markham, ON.
