Job DescriptionJob Description**Packaging Associate** We are currently hiring **Packaging Associates** to join our production team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow established packaging procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Count and package products accurately according to work instructions. * Use scales to verify product weights and ensure packaging accuracy. * Follow all packaging procedures and quality standards. * Perform visual inspections to maintain product quality. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Complete repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. **Requirements:** * Ability to lift up to **30 lbs** on a regular basis. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. * Comfortable working in one workstation for extended periods. * Ability to alternate between standing and sitting throughout the shift. * Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is an asset but not required.
