We at Haleon are looking for P2P Accountants on junior, specialist and senior levels , who is responsible for end-to-end P2P operations for the Kazakhstan market, ensuring accuracy, compliance and performance of processes, while supporting issue resolution, controls and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Execute and oversee P2P processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely resolution of complex issues. Manage backlogs, escalations and old items, ensuring adherence to SLAs and supporting resolution of high-risk cases. Perform and review vendor reconciliations, supporting resolution of complex discrepancies. Lead support for month-end activities, including accruals, GR/IR and reporting. Ensure compliance with IFRS, controls and audit requirements. Act as escalation point for stakeholders and support audits (internal and external). Analyze data, identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities. Drive process improvements, support documentation and contribute to standardization. Support controls execution and remediation actions with Risk & Compliance. Please submit your CV in English Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualification is an advantage. 2 to 5+ years of experience in P2P, Accounts Payable or accounting operations, depending on the level of a position. Experience with SAP P2P modules (MM/FI) or similar ERP systems. Experience supporting audits, compliance and complex reconciliations. Experience in structured, cross-functional environments. Ability to analyse data, identify issues and support improvements. English (working), Russian required, Kazakh is an advantage. Experience in Eastern Europe or CIS markets is an advantage.
