Overnight In-Room Dining Server at FAIRMONT — NeverHard

Job Description Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Responsibilities Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way Have full knowledge of all beverage lists and menu items Deliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate manner Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set up Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Follow daily assigned employee shift side work. Double check all VIP orders with your manager on duty Immediately communicate all special guest needs to your Manger on duty. Paces all In Room Dining order distribution and deliveries to our standards Assist with amenity delivery. Assist coordinating removal of IRD equipment from guest rooms and public areas and sorting out all retrieved condiments and equipment’s and stored accordingly. Maintain departmental requisitioned supplies properly stored and organized.
