We are currently hiring an Overnight Customer Support Advocate to assist customers during evening and overnight hours This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through email chat and phone during overnight shifts Provide clear and helpful information about services Resolve basic issues and concerns in a professional manner Update customer records and document interactions Escalate urgent or complex issues when needed Maintain a positive and supportive customer experience Qualifications: Secondary school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills in English Basic computer and typing skills Ability to stay focused and attentive during overnight hours Dependable and able to work independently This role offers flexible full-time and part-time overnight shifts and is a great opportunity to build experience in customer support within a supportive environment
