Job DescriptionJob Description OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Industrial Supply & Services Lower Mainland, BC $80,000 - $84,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance + Gas Card + RRSP + Full Benefits Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and growing customer accounts? Our client is one of Canada's fastest-growing industrial supply and service organizations, serving customers across industrial, commercial, institutional, hospitality, and specialty contractor markets. This opportunity may be a fit for individuals currently working in Outside Sales, Industrial Sales, Territory Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Distribution Sales, Construction Sales, or Customer Relationship Management roles. What You'll Do Manage and grow an established customer base throughout the Lower Mainland Develop new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions that add value Follow up on leads, quotations, proposals, and customer inquiries Maintain regular customer contact through phone calls, site visits, and meetings Utilize CRM tools to manage customer activity, opportunities, and sales pipelines Collaborate with branch operations and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings Participate in industry events, customer functions, and trade shows Travel throughout the territory and occasionally attend events in the United States What We're Looking For Minimum 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, account management, business development, industrial sales, distribution sales, construction sales, or other customer-facing roles Proven ability to develop relationships, grow accounts, and generate new business Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and customer development Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and time management skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close business Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record What You'll Receive $80,000 - $84,000 base salary Uncapped commission plan Car allowance Gas card Comprehensive health and dental benefits RRSP program Tuition reimbursement Ongoing training and professional development Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Why Join?
