Express Employment Professionals, Delta is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for a confidential search on behalf of a leading North American construction materials distributor with several hundred locations. This role covers the Metro Vancouver territory to support their branches You’ll be a trusted B2B advisor, not just an order-taker. Daily field work includes visiting contractors, builders, and architects to uncover opportunities and drive long-term growth. Responsibilities - Make sales calls to new and existing customers (contractors, architects, designers, building owners) - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Deliver sales presentations with internal and vendor partners - Attend training sessions on products and industry trends - Champion safety, customer focus, integrity, and teamwork Qualifications - 5+ years of outside sales experience in the construction supply industry (drywall, steel framing, insulation, tools, fasteners, hardware, or safety supplies) - Established relationships with contractors and builders in Metro Vancouver (Surrey, Burnaby, Langley, Coquitlam, Vancouver, Richmond and Delta) - Strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills - Organized, reliable, and results-driven Compensation - Base salary: $75,000 – $85,000 CAD/year and commissions - Monthly commissions (uncapped) - Full benefits Send your resume and a brief summary of your construction supply sales experience to: Jobs.DeltaBC@Expresspros.com referencing Job ID # NL008
