Job description We currently have a full-time position available for an Outside Parts Sales Representative at our Salisbury location. This is an excellent opportunity for a team player with a can-do attitude in the workplace. The Outside Parts Sales Representative builds trust through continuous innovation, becoming a reliable advisor for their customers. This role has excellent opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities and requirements: Develop the assigned sales territory, fostering opportunities by engaging current and prospective customers Build professional relationships with customers through in-person visits, phone calls, and email Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and delivery of exceptional service Resolve potential issues between the company and the customer Contribute to the team effort by performing related tasks as needed Qualifications: 90% Outside Sales – 10% Inside Sales Previous OE dealership Parts experience preferred Previous outside sales or territory management experience Heavy duty parts knowledge is an asset Valid Driver’s license Self-motivated to create and implement a sales plan with Parts Manager directives Strong Communication Skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Schedule: 8/9-hour shift Monday to Friday Benefits: Salary plus Commission pay RRSP Match Contribution Medical Group Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Personal days Child Care Subsidy *We are accepting only candidates legally authorized to work in Canada. _ We would like to thank all those who apply; however, only those selected for an interview will be notified.
