Job DescriptionJob Description Outreach Representative Entry-level. Paid training provided. Immediate openings. Advancement opportunities within months; promotions based on performance. Training covers communication, donor engagement, our partner charities, and processing donor information, plus techniques for meeting targets and delivering great service. Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Pay: $800–$1,200/week OTE. Base wage during training. Competitive commission structure Additional bonuses for meeting higher weekly targets. Key Responsibilities: Engage in various forms of in-person direct marketing . Acquire 10+ donors a week. Share information about charities such as Trillium Health Partners, SickKids Hospital, Canadian Cancer Society, and Save the Children. Accurately process donor info. Maintain precise and up-to-date daily records. Consistently achieve weekly targets while delivering excellent service to donors. Qualifications: Strong communication skills Self-motivated and proactive. Friendly, responsible, and collaborative team player. Professional appearance. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Previous experience in fundraising, customer service, marketing, or sales.
