Order / Pilot Audit Clerk at Totran Transportation Services — NeverHard

Job DescriptionJob Description ***Please note, this is not a financial / accounting audit position*** We are seeking a full time Order / Pilot Audit Clerk to join our Calgary, Alberta team. Position Summary: Candidate would be a liaison between Operations teams and Invoicing teams. Auditing completed orders to ensure all job costs / expenses are captured, potential detention on orders is captured and billed out correctly and processes are followed in order to support the effective closing and invoicing of orders. Auditing of Pilot Car invoices for accuracy. Duties and Responsibilities: Create client orders when requested, ensuring accuracy and that complete information is provided. Audit and Complete orders for invoicing. Audit and Complete Pilot Car invoices for payment Prepare and document communication for both internal and external distribution. Create detention orders and provide details to clients when required. Submit data on external client systems accurately and within tight timelines. Manage Order reports for month end accuracy and timely completion. Research and troubleshoot issues that arise with clients, the operations team and/or the accounting team. Coordinate with Management, CEO and President and provide updates on process. Manage filing.
