Overview The Order Management Professional is responsible for facilitating Canadian client requests for spare parts for Steam and Compression product lines. Day‑to‑day order entry into SAP system for assigned portfolio and responding to email/phone/teams inquiries from internal stakeholders. Location & Duration Location: Oakville, ON Duration: 11 months (Possibility of Extension) Advantages Contract Duration: 11 months (Possibility of extension) Location: Oakville, ON Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Responsibilities Management/entry of Customer Parts Requests, including but not limited to providing spare parts quotations directly to clients, executing client purchase orders, and managing inquiries. Act as a liaison for Compression & Steam Aftermarket customers with internal factories (PCC’s). Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support and coordinate activities related to quotations, ordering, logistics, and production/manufacturing for products/spare parts processed via SAP PS1. Qualifications North American Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a similar field. 2+ years of experience in international sales/marketing, order management, logistics, project management, or a related field. Familiarity with customs import and export regulations is desirable. Experience with SAP preferred. Knowledge of business, financial, and operational processes is a must. Effective communication and organizational skills are key to this position. Proficiency in contract language, supply chain processes, and SE repair processes is beneficial. Must be a self‑starter and highly qualified. Displays a high level of critical thinking in resolving high‑impact, complex, and/or cross‑functional problems. Engage in and build a continuous improvement and simplification culture. Flexible, solutions‑oriented, and able to prioritize workload effectively.
