What You'll Be Doing Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support production targets Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery Monitor materials and report any irregularities or safety concerns Support loading, hauling, and stockpile management as needed Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture What Are We Looking For Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial and outdoor environments Capacity to perform physical tasks and work in varying conditions Reliable team member with consistent attendance and communication Commitment to following procedures and contributing to operational excellence Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
