Job Purpose A Team Assistant helps carry the workload by performing administrative duties to free the members of the team for other duties. The Team Assistant step right in to help with current projects so that more experienced members can focus on ways to improve the project, troubleshoot problems or address client demands. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist and provide administrative support to Operations team in their daily tasks upon Director’s instructions. Support the Operations team in achieving their goals and objectives. Organize and manage relevant databases. Assist Operations Director in conducting cross-functional team meetings. Manage calendar of appointments to effectively allocate the Operations Director’s time and ensure all associated documentation is available as required Be responsible for drafting letters to internal and external stakeholders Help to meet deadlines and complete projects on time. Help with record keeping, data management and project deliverables Coordinate documentation flow process with Document Controller Adhere to the best standards and processes in executing team assistant functions YoE / Qualifications / Skills Min of: 3 years of experience in administration, document control, reception Experience in Administration, hospitality, project management Technical and Interpersonal Skills Promptness, proactiveness Effective communication skills Attention to detail Advanced computer skills Advanced English language knowledge Qualification BSC in Business administration, project management, Finance or Liberal Arts
