The Role
As the Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of products to customers within Regina and the surrounding areas. You will lead a team of warehouse staff and delivery drivers, fostering a safe, positive, and results-driven work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Fleet and Equipment:
Oversee the maintenance and safe operation of trucks, forklifts, and other essential equipment.
Warehouse and Delivery Oversight:
Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and inventory management.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff and drivers while promoting a safety-first culture.
Vendor and Staff Liaison:
Communicate effectively with vendors, employees, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with customers.
Safety and Compliance:
Champion safe work practices and compliance with policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.
Strong communication skills for effectively liaising with vendors, employees, and customers.
Experience in distribution, logistics, or trucking is highly desirable.
A people-focused mindset with an understanding of the importance of collaboration and relationships.
Knowledge of fleet and equipment maintenance preferred
