Overview Job Skills / Requirements We are hiring Airport Security Guards to support safety and security operations in a fast-paced aviation environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere for passengers, staff, and airport partners. What We Offer • Competitive wages • Uniforms provided at no cost • Development and training through Paladin's Learning Management System Qualifications • Valid Saskatchewan Security Guard License • Certified as a RAS Trainer • Clear Criminal Record Check • Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance / RAIC • Strong communication and conflict-management skills • Professional appearance and customer-focused approach • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods • Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays) • Legal eligibility to work in Canada • Previous airport, aviation, or high-security experience is an asset Job Duties • Trained in the higher level as prescribed by the RAA • Certified with Ambassador, Guard Position (Curbside, Mobile Patrol Officer and SOC Operator) • Process video surveillance review requests from the RAA, authorized tenants or law enforcement • Perform vehicular escorts on runways when required as part of the Authority's Emergency Response Plan or other operational activities (AVOP 'D' required) • Well-versed at RAA Manuals, including Apron Management Plan, Airport Traffic Directives and Emergency Manual • Ability to fill in the RAS Manager role when needed Certification Requirements (All) First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification Valid Security License Additional Information / Benefits Paladin Security: Making the World a Safer and Friendlier Place because we CARE !
