Pay: From CA$29.00 per hour Job description: This is a Level 2 CNC Machine Operator position at our 50,000 sq ft automated fabrication facility in Guelph, with easy access to the 401 and Hwy 6 North. You'll play a hands-on role in our structural steel fabrication process, operating CNC equipment and contributing to the precision and efficiency of our production floor. What we're looking for 3+ years of experience operating a CNC plasma machine (required) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards Attention to detail and willingness to contribute to process improvements What you’ll do Operate and monitor robotic and CNC machinery to process structural steel components accurately Read shop fabrication drawings to ensure correct parts are produced from specified material blanks Load and unload material using manual handling and overhead crane operation Mark and verify processed material against shop drawings before release Maintain a safe, clean work area and contribute to a positive team environment Benefits Dental care Extended health care Life insurance Group RRSP match Competitive wages Employee assistance program Wellness program Attendance incentive Hours: Monday-Thursday – 6:55 AM-4:25 PM Friday 6:55 AM-11:55 AM/3:25 PM About Telco Steel Works With over 30 years in business, Telco is a leader in structural steel fabrication and erection across Ontario.
