Required skills:

This role is responsible for supporting and coordinating projects for the matting team. Receives calls from customers, sales or field operations and identifies personnel, equipment, products and appropriate resources for the job site. Must have full knowledge of the company’s operations and equipment and applicable government regulations. Major Responsibilities Support of day-to-day matting operations. Create, organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, project plans, risk logs and status reports. Serve as administrative point of contact for project-related inquiries, facilitating smooth information flow between team members, clients and contractors. Compile data to prepare accurate and timely progress reports for management. Assist in developing and tracking project budgets, monitoring daily expenses and processing purchase orders and invoices. Maintain asset inventory accuracy and integrity within NAV and availability in Strad yards. Requires on call, after hours and weekend work. Additional duties based on business needs. Knowledge, Education, Skills & Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. Experience in purchasing, inventory control, transportation and warehousing functions preferred. Ability to deal with stressful situations effectively and come to workable solutions effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to use computer daily and pick up new software quickly. Strong sense of time management and prioritization. 3+ years of Oil and Gas experience is preferred. Able to work well with minimal supervision. High standards of integrity, energy level and self-motivation.
