We’re an online coding school CodeTalk (part of Etalk Live), helping kids aged 8 to 14 learn real programming through fun, project-based courses — including
Scratch, Python, Roblox, Minecraft Modding, Web Development, and Game Design

Our mission is to make coding accessible, engaging, and confidence-building for every learner.
Role & Responsibilities
As an Online Coding Instructor, you will:
Lead live virtual coding sessions (1:1 or in small groups) using structured, project-based lessons.
Teach students programming fundamentals and guide them through interactive coding projects.
Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and persistence while making classes fun and engaging.
Adapt instruction to different learning speeds and levels.
Provide personalized feedback and track student progress.
Communicate with parents/guardians on achievements and goals.
Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional virtual classroom.
Occasionally assist in testing or improving lesson materials.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
You’re a great fit if you have:
Solid understanding of programming concepts and experience with one or more of:
Scratch, Python, JavaScript, Lua (Roblox), or Web Development (HTML/CSS).
Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring children ages 8–14.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and creativity in making complex topics easy to grasp.
Reliable internet, webcam, and headset for online teaching.
Ability to teach during after-school hours or weekends (Pacific Time).
Bonus: familiarity with game design tools or educational technology.
