Job Description Accountabilities: Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy and Oncology teams to provide patient-centered care Provide drug information to physicians, nurses and other clinicians to enhance patient care Clinical review and verification of all medication orders for patients in the ambulatory oncology clinic Provide education to patients to promote optimal drug use Mentor Pharmacy residents, students and interns Supervise the preparation of chemotherapy Resolve day-to-day clinical and operational issues Oncology Clinic operations support Participates in oncology program quality improvement initiatives Other duties as assigned
