Job DescriptionJob Description Job Overview The Onboarding Administrator, reporting to the Manager of Attraction, Recruitment and Hiring will champion the Employer of Choice Brand and be the face of the organization within their assigned Divisions of WEINS Auto Group, executing the organizations talent strategies and achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; and advising managers. This is a contract position for 12 months. You are participative and compassionate professional who will be a part of a team of likeminded individuals who specialize Attraction and Recruitment, HR and Health & Safety, Associate Engagement, Training and Performance Management. The Onboarding Administrator is responsible for facilitating the hiring manager and orientation process of new employees. The onboarding administrator works closely with the talent acquisition, human resources team, the hiring managers, and the new hires to ensure a smooth and positive experience. The onboarding administrator also maintains and updates the employee records and databases. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks for candidates. Assist new hires with completing and submitting the required paperwork and forms. Organize orientation sessions for new employees. Collect and verify the employee data and documents. Respond to the inquiries and requests from the new hires, the managers, and the HR team. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process and suggest improvements. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Job Qualifications: Two years of administrative experience, ideally in HR. A bachelor's degree or college diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or the equivalent in education and experience. Travel required – Ontario (GTA area) Experience working with an HCM software. Knowledge of the Canadian labour laws and regulations. Tell us your story.
