We are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded On-Trade Trainer to join our team and support a premium global beer brand program in partnership with Stella Artois.
In this field-based role, you will serve as a Perfect Serve Ambassador, delivering training, coaching, and in-venue support across a portfolio of hospitality accounts. Your mission will be to help venues consistently deliver the Stella Artois Perfect Serve experience while improving service standards, guest satisfaction, and commercial performance.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, training, sales, and the beer industry who enjoys building relationships and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions within bars, pubs, restaurants, and hotels
Embed Stella Artois Perfect Serve standards across On-Trade venues
Build and maintain strong relationships with venue managers and hospitality teams
Support sales-driving initiatives, promotions, and activations
Conduct draught quality audits and service evaluations
Coach teams to improve execution, service standards, and sales performance
Identify opportunities to increase visibility and commercial success
Conduct regular account visits and performance reviews
Complete reporting and track key performance metrics
Represent the brand professionally across all On-Trade environments
What We're Looking For
Experience in hospitality, sales, training, field marketing, or On-Trade environments
Strong understanding of sales drivers and commercial performance
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
Passion for hospitality, beer, and customer experience
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Confident influencing and challenging behaviors when needed
Knowledge of beer, draught systems, and quality standards preferred
Results-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance
Flexibility to work varied hours as required
Willingness to travel regularly
Valid driver's license preferred
Working Environment
Field-based role covering multiple hospitality venues
Regular travel throughout assigned territory
High level of autonomy and self-management
Fast-paced, dynamic, and varied work environment
Frequent interaction with hospitality professionals and stakeholders
Exposure to training, sales, brand activation, and draught quality execution
Performance & Rewards
Success in this role is measured through training delivery, venue execution, and overall business impact. In addition to competitive compensation, a portion of earnings is linked to an annual performance-based bonus program defined by pre-determined measurable KPIs
Contract Duration
This is a full-time, fixed-term position running from August 2026 through December 2027. Candidates should be available to commit to the full duration of the program
