Job DescriptionJob Description Part-Time Office Cleaner – Bancroft Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team at our Bancroft location. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our office and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize offices, exam rooms, reception areas, washrooms, and common spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas. Empty garbage and recycling bins and replace liners as needed. Restock washroom and kitchen supplies, including paper products and soap. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas regularly. Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or supply shortages to management. Safely use and store cleaning products and equipment in accordance with workplace procedures. Follow established health and safety policies, including infection prevention and control protocols. Qualifications: Previous commercial or office cleaning experience is considered an asset but is not required. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Work Conditions: Part-time position based at our Bancroft location hours are Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 7:30pm Evening and/or weekend shifts may be required. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds. Work involves routine use of cleaning chemicals and equipment while following appropriate safety procedures.
