Occupational and Industrial Safety Engineer (Aktau) at Bolashak Atyrau — NeverHard

Job Duties: Implement and promote HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices. Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Monitor compliance with occupational and industrial safety regulations. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Participate in permit-to-work (PTW) system control and verification. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE meetings. Monitor PPE usage, waste management, and safety equipment condition. Prepare HSE reports, checklists, presentations, and documentation. Support contractor HSE audits and government inspections. Maintain records, registers, and reporting in the Synergi system. Requirements: Higher or technical education in Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience. Knowledge of Kazakhstan HSE legislation and international standards. Good knowledge of permit-to-work and risk assessment systems. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian, and English languages. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
