We’re building a unique nurse practitioner led family practice for families with young children that blends medical expertise, lifestyle guidance and prevention and couples that with a comprehensive allied health care team to cover all the bases. The role As a Nurse Practitioner here, you'll deliver longitudinal primary care to families while working inside an expert interdisciplinary team: physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, speech-language pathologists, dieticians, kinesiologists and nurses. You'll be a trusted guide for families, providing personalized primary care for children and parents alike, addressing immediate concerns while supporting long-term health. Beyond consultations, you'll help build the preventative, lifestyle-focused programs that make this model work. Requirements Current, full registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), including completion of the required NP registration and prescribing exams. Master's degree or higher in nursing from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program. Current professional liability protection (CNPS or equivalent). Benefits Compensation: $110–$130/hour, based on experience — as an independent contractor role. This is equivalent to $228,800 - $270,400 per year. Relocation bonus available. Schedule: Minimum 0.6 FTE. Up to 1.0 FTE, flexible hours. No on-call, and no weekends.
