Position Summary West Nipissing General Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Nursing Care Unit team. The Nurse Practitioner functions as an integral member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, providing advanced nursing care and clinical expertise to patients while supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Working within a collaborative healthcare environment, the Nurse Practitioner assesses, diagnoses, treats, and monitors patients while incorporating evidence-based practice and a holistic approach to care. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, allied health professionals, patients, and families to optimize health outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
