Description Position # : 9010624 Expected Start Date: August 16, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: St. Pauls Hospital City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Emergency Type: Part-time temporary - Job Share Expected Up to Date: March 31, 2027 FTE: 0.71 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 9 shifts of 11.78 hours per 4 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Extended Shift Hours (11.78) Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No Job Description: THE CLINICAL COORDINATOR, UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE MANAGER, IS PRIMARILY ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE SYSTEM NAVIGATION AND COORDINATION OF PATIENT FLOW ON THE NURSING UNIT. THIS IS ACHIEVED BY THE COORDINATOR HAVING AN ONGOING AWARENESS AND INVOLVEMENT IN WORKFLOW OF THE UNIT. DUTIES INCLUDE BED MANAGEMENT, DISCHARGE PLANNING, ADVOCATING FOR THE PATIENT/FAMILY, IDENTIFYING SUPPLY AND EQUIPMENT NEEDS AND ASSISTING WITH STAFF SCHEDULING.
