Your day-to-day will include: Report to our warehouse location each morning for shift loadout and package preparation Assist the delivery driver with loading and unloading oversized and extra-large packages from a DOT-regulated delivery vehicle (16–26 ft.) Follow your navigated delivery route, ensuring all packages are delivered accurately and on schedule Load and unload the delivery vehicle with care, following proper lifting and safety techniques Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections alongside the driver Communicate with dispatch to provide real-time delivery status updates Interact with customers and the public in a professional, courteous manner — representing Fair Winds Logistics with pride Support the driver in maintaining the vehicle and ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment on the road and at the warehouse End each shift back at the warehouse for post-route check-in and vehicle return
