Job Summary
Provide assessment, diagnosis and conservative treatment for patients with neuromusculoskeletal conditions. Deliver individualized care plans, manual therapies and patient education to support recovery and wellness.

Main Duties
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and musculoskeletal assessments to diagnose conditions and determine treatment needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including spinal adjustments, mobilization, soft-tissue therapy, and rehabilitative exercises.
Provide patient education on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs to support self-management.
Maintain accurate clinical records, complete treatment notes, and manage referrals and follow-up care.
Collaborate with other health professionals to coordinate interdisciplinary care and make appropriate referrals.
Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and modify care plans based on clinical findings and patient feedback.
Requirements
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program or equivalent qualification.
Current registration or eligibility for registration with the provincial or territorial chiropractic regulatory board.
Demonstrated clinical experience assessing and treating neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to prescribe and progress therapeutic exercise programs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or French as required by the practice location.
Current basic life support (BLS) / CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting employment.
